Ingredients

The smoothie base

  • 1 cup full fat coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • ¼ cup egg white protein powder
  • ½ teaspoon peppermint extract
  • teaspoon vanilla stevia
  • 1-2 cups ice cubes

The mix-in

  • 1 tablespoon chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Blend kale and coconut milk until smooth.
  2. Add hemp seeds, egg white protein, peppermint extract, and stevia, then blend again.
  3. Blend in ice until the shake is thick and smooth.
  4. Stir in chocolate chips.
  5. Serve immediately.
