Instructions
- Thaw the phyllo dough in the fridge the night before.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the butter and set it aside, or use olive oil as an alternative.
- Keep the phyllo dough moist by covering it with a damp cloth.
- Layer two sheets of phyllo dough on a flat surface and brush with melted butter or olive oil.
- Place a slice of feta on the phyllo and wrap it up into a package.
- Repeat the wrapping process to create four packages in total.
- Brush the tops of the packages with more melted butter or olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
- Drizzle with honey, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and garnish with herbs and chili flakes before serving.
