Ingredients
The filling

unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Combine the feta, cottage cheese, eggs, and salt in a bowl until blended.
- Set up your workspace with all necessary tools including a cutting board, teaspoon, brush, melted butter, parchment-lined baking sheet, and fillo dough.
- Lay one sheet of fillo horizontally and brush it with melted butter. Cut it into strips every two inches.
- Place a teaspoon of the cheese mixture at the end of each strip, fold over to form a triangle, and continue folding until you reach the end of the strip.
- Place the assembled tiropitas on the prepared baking sheet and brush the tops with butter.
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and bake for 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
