Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper or nonstick spray.
- In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- In a larger bowl, whisk together eggs, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla.
- Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- In a small bowl, mix the crumb topping ingredients until combined, then sprinkle over the cake batter.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for at least 30 minutes before serving.
