Ingredients

Meat Mixture

  • ½ lb Lean Ground Beef
  • ½ lb Ground Italian Sausage
  • ½ teaspoon Coarse Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Italian Seasoning

Cheese Mixture

  • 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 large Egg
  • ½ cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1 ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 ¼ teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 ¼ teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon Oregano
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Pepper
  • ¼ cup Chopped Fresh Parsley

Remaining Layers

  • 1 (24 oz) jar Pasta Sauce
  • ½ cup Chopped Spinach Leaves, optional
  • 5-6 pieces No Boil Lasagna Noodles
  • ½ cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Cook the meat with seasonings in the Instant Pot on sauté mode, then set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix the ricotta, egg, mozzarella, parmesan, and seasonings for the cheese mixture.
  3. Layer the lasagna in a springform pan starting with no-boil noodles, followed by sauce, meat, cheese mixture, and spinach (if using). Repeat layers.
  4. Cover the pan with sprayed foil and place it in the Instant Pot on a trivet.
  5. Pressure cook for 24 minutes, then let it naturally release for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Broil the top to brown the cheese if desired, then let it rest before serving.
