Instructions
- Cook the meat with seasonings in the Instant Pot on sauté mode, then set aside.
- In a bowl, mix the ricotta, egg, mozzarella, parmesan, and seasonings for the cheese mixture.
- Layer the lasagna in a springform pan starting with no-boil noodles, followed by sauce, meat, cheese mixture, and spinach (if using). Repeat layers.
- Cover the pan with sprayed foil and place it in the Instant Pot on a trivet.
- Pressure cook for 24 minutes, then let it naturally release for 10-15 minutes.
- Broil the top to brown the cheese if desired, then let it rest before serving.
