Instructions
- Mix the ricotta filling ingredients in a large bowl and set aside.
- Set the Instant Pot to Sauté mode and brown the ground beef and sausage for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Add diced onion, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the pot and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Remove the meat mixture from the pot and clean it quickly, then add 1 ½ cups of water.
- Layer the lasagna ingredients in a springform pan, starting with marinara, then lasagna sheets, ricotta filling, ground beef mixture, and marinara sauce.
- Repeat the layering process for a total of 3 layers, finishing with shredded mozzarella on top.
- Cover the pan with aluminum foil and use the Instant Pot trivet to lower it into the pot.
- Secure the lid and set the Instant Pot to Manual High Pressure for 24 minutes.
- After cooking, allow for a 10-minute natural release, then quick release any remaining pressure.
- Carefully remove the pan from the Instant Pot and optionally broil for 3 to 4 minutes to brown the cheese.
- Serve hot.
