Sweet & Spicy Buttermilk Shrimp

Instructions
- Combine the shrimp and buttermilk in a shallow bowl and let it sit while preparing the sauce.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the sour cream, rice vinegar, honey, soy sauce, Tabasco, and minced garlic to make the sauce.
- Spread the flour on a plate, shake off excess buttermilk from the shrimp, and roll it in the flour until well coated.
- Heat a thin layer of coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat and pan fry the shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Toss the cooked shrimp in the sauce until coated, garnish with green onions if desired, and serve.
