Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare the springform pan with parchment paper and nonstick spray.
- Mix all cookie base ingredients until combined, reserving a small amount of dough.
- Press the dough into the pan and bake for 10-11 minutes, while baking the reserved dough for 8-9 minutes.
- Allow the cookie to cool completely and then place it in the freezer.
- For the ice cream, whisk together cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla, then process in an ice cream maker.
- Spread the ice cream over the chilled cookie crust and dollop strawberry jam on top, swirling it in.
- Return the pan to the freezer for at least 4-6 hours until completely frozen.
- Before serving, garnish with strawberries, melted peanut butter, and crumbled cookie dough.
- Let the pizza sit for about 10 minutes to soften before slicing and serving.
