Ingredients

The crust

  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • ¼ cup light brown sugar
  • 8 tablespoons butter, melted

The filling

  • 3 cups Private Selection Denali Moose Tracks Ice Cream, softened
  • 3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 10 peanut butter cups, chopped
  • Peanut Butter Hot Fudge (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. 2. Combine crushed pretzels, brown sugar, and melted butter in a bowl and mix well.
  3. 3. Press the pretzel mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan.
  4. 4. Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes and let it cool completely.
  5. 5. In a large bowl, stir together the softened ice cream and peanut butter until combined.
  6. 6. Pour the ice cream mixture into the cooled pretzel crust and smooth the top.
  7. 7. Top with chopped peanut butter cups and freeze until the ice cream hardens, at least 2 hours.
  8. 8. Before serving, drizzle with Peanut Butter Hot Fudge Sauce, slice, and serve immediately.
