Strawberry Pretzel Ice Cream Pie

The crust

Alden’s Organic Vanilla Bean Ice Cream, softened

strawberry jam

dark chocolate, chopped
The topping

whipped cream

extra pretzel twists

chopped or shaved chocolate
Instructions
- Make the crust by processing pretzels until mostly fine, then combine with melted butter.
- Press the crust mixture into a pie plate and freeze for 10-15 minutes.
- Scoop half of the softened ice cream onto the crust and press down gently.
- Spread ¾ of the strawberry jam over the ice cream and sprinkle with half of the chopped chocolate.
- Add the remaining ice cream on top and spread to the edges.
- Dot the remaining jam on top and swirl it into the ice cream.
- Sprinkle with chopped chocolate and freeze until solid, about 4 hours.
- Before serving, garnish with whipped cream, pretzel twists, and additional chocolate if desired.
