Instructions
- Prepare the cookie dough by mixing butter, sugars, milk, and vanilla until creamy.
- Add flour and salt, mixing until combined, then fold in ½ cup mini chocolate chips.
- Roll the cookie dough into small balls and freeze them.
- Make the crust by crushing Oreos and mixing with melted butter, then press into a springform pan.
- Combine Cool Whip and softened ice cream until smooth, then mix in ¾ of the cookie dough balls.
- Pour the filling into the crust, topping with remaining cookie dough and mini chocolate chips.
- Freeze for 4-6 hours or overnight before serving.
