Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C).
- For the crust, pulse 22 Oreos into fine crumbs, mix with melted butter, and press into a 9-inch pie dish. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
- For the filling, whip the heavy cream into stiff peaks and set aside.
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth, then mix in the confectioners' sugar and vanilla extract.
- Fold the whipped cream and chopped Oreos into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
- Spread the filling into the cooled crust and smooth the top.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or freeze for 4 hours before serving.
- Garnish with whipped cream if desired and slice to serve.
