Ingredients

The crust

  • 22 pieces regular Oreo cookies
  • 5 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

The filling

  • 1 cup cold heavy cream
  • 8 ounces full-fat brick cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 12 pieces whole Oreos, chopped

Optional topping

  • to taste homemade whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C).
  2. For the crust, pulse 22 Oreos into fine crumbs, mix with melted butter, and press into a 9-inch pie dish. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
  3. For the filling, whip the heavy cream into stiff peaks and set aside.
  4. Beat the cream cheese until smooth, then mix in the confectioners' sugar and vanilla extract.
  5. Fold the whipped cream and chopped Oreos into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
  6. Spread the filling into the cooled crust and smooth the top.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or freeze for 4 hours before serving.
  8. Garnish with whipped cream if desired and slice to serve.
