Ingredients

The crust

  • 35 pieces Oreo cookies, divided
  • ¼ cup butter, melted

The filling

  • 2 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 cups Cool Whip
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Blend 25 Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine.
  2. Mix the crumbled cookies with melted butter in a large bowl, then press into a 9-inch pie pan and freeze for 30 minutes.
  3. In another bowl, blend cream cheese, Cool Whip, powdered sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Crush 10 Oreo cookies in a ziplock bag and fold them into the cream filling.
  5. Pour the cream filling into the crust and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
  6. Before serving, add Cool Whip and crumbled cookies on top.
