Strawberry Frozen Yogurt Pie with Pretzel Crust

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a pie dish.
- Pulse pretzels in a food processor until mostly fine crumbs.
- Melt butter and mix with pretzel crumbs and brown sugar.
- Press the mixture into the pie dish and bake for 8 minutes.
- Let the crust cool completely in the freezer.
- Soften the frozen yogurt until scoopable, then fold in reserved pretzel crumbs and diced strawberries.
- Spoon the mixture into the cooled crust and smooth the top.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, let the pie sit at room temperature for 10 minutes, then slice and serve with toppings.
