Citrus Salad

The fruits

strawberries, hulled and chopped

The garnish

powdered sugar

Instructions
- Slice off the top and bottom of the grapefruits and peel them.
- Cut the grapefruits and oranges into ¼-inch slices.
- Combine the grapefruit and orange segments in a bowl with their juices.
- Add strawberries, pomegranate seeds, and powdered sugar, then toss gently.
- Refrigerate the salad for 1 hour before serving.
- Serve on plates or a large platter, garnished with mint if desired.
