Ingredients

  • 2 pieces grapefruits
  • 2 pieces cara cara oranges
  • 2 pieces tangerines
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons minced fresh mint

Instructions

  1. Prepare the citrus fruits by slicing off the top and bottom so they can sit flat.
  2. Remove the skin of the fruits by slicing downward along the curved shape until the peel is gone.
  3. Slice the fruits into rounds and transfer them to a mixing bowl.
  4. In a small dish, whisk together the lime juice and honey until combined.
  5. Drizzle the honey-lime mixture over the citrus slices and toss gently to combine.
  6. Serve on a tray or distribute onto individual plates, then sprinkle with fresh mint.
