Avocado Cucumber Grapefruit Salad

The salad

The dressing

vinegar (or lime/lemon juice)

grapefruit or orange zest
Instructions
- Wash, cut, and gently toss the cucumbers, grapefruit, almonds, mint, and chives.
- Whisk the dressing ingredients together, taste, and adjust as needed.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad ingredients and chill until ready to serve.
- Just before serving, gently mix in the avocado pieces and top with additional herbs or almonds.
