Instructions
- Prepare the honey ginger simple syrup by combining honey, sugar, chopped ginger, and water in a pot, bringing to a boil, then simmering for 5 minutes before straining.
- Make the rosemary sugar rim by mixing rosemary and sugar on a plate.
- Prepare the herb sauce by combining fresh basil, dill, olive oil, parmesan, salt, and pepper using a mortar and pestle.
- Arrange orange segments and chopped pistachios on a platter, breaking burrata over them.
- Drizzle the herb sauce over the salad and serve with toasted bread.
