Instant Pot Cilantro Lime Rice

Instructions
- Combine the broth, water, oil, 2 tablespoons of lime juice, and rice in the Instant Pot.
- Lock the lid and select the 'Rice' button to cook for 12 minutes.
- After cooking, let the Instant Pot sit for 5 minutes, then quick release the pressure.
- Carefully remove the lid and transfer the rice to a large bowl.
- Fluff the rice with a fork and add the remaining lime juice, lime zest, cilantro, and salt.
- Stir and fluff the rice again before serving warm.
