Cilantro Lime Rice
Ingredients
The rice

Instructions
- Combine rice, butter, garlic, lime zest, 2 teaspoons of lime juice, and broth in a saucepan.
- Bring the mixture to a boil.
- Cover and cook on low for 15-20 minutes until the rice is tender.
- Remove from heat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining lime juice, sugar, and cilantro.
- Pour the mixture over the hot cooked rice and fluff as you mix it in.
- Serve warm.
