Instructions
- Rinse the rice thoroughly with cold water and drain several times until the water runs clear.
- Transfer the cleaned rice to a skillet and add water, chicken broth, salt, and melted butter.
- Cover the skillet and cook on medium heat for about 15 minutes, or until the water has evaporated and the rice is cooked.
- Turn off the heat and add cilantro leaves and lime juice to the rice.
- Stir to mix well and serve warm.
