Instructions
- Blend the raspberries, banana, coconut meat, and coconut milk until smooth.
- Pour the raspberry smoothie into two glasses.
- Wash the blender and blend the mango chunks, pineapple juice, and vanilla bean seeds until smooth.
- If needed, add more pineapple juice to thin the mixture.
- Pour the mango smoothie over the raspberry layer and gently mix if desired.
- Garnish with pineapple cubes on skewers and a kiwi slice on the rim.
- Sprinkle with flax and granola if using.
