Instructions

  1. Drain and rinse the chickpeas, then dry them with a paper towel, removing any loose skins.
  2. In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, almond butter, vanilla extract, maple syrup, cacao powder, and cinnamon, and blend until smooth.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and fold in the chocolate chips.
  4. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
