Strawberry Popsicles

Instructions
- Slice the strawberries and combine them with sugar in a medium bowl, stirring to coat.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Blend the strawberries with lemon juice until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 3-4 hours.
- Once frozen, let the popsicles sit out for a few minutes before removing them from the molds.
