Instructions
- Blend the silken tofu, olive oil, lime juice, garlic, and salt in a food processor until very smooth.
- Add the jalapeño and cilantro, then pulse until you reach the desired consistency.
- Taste and adjust the salt, lime, and jalapeño as needed.
- For extra richness, add more olive oil if desired.
