Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole raw cashews
  • ½ cup water
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 units limes (zest and juice)
  • 1 teaspoon nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Soak the cashews in filtered water for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  2. Rinse the soaked cashews well.
  3. Place the cashews in a high-speed blender.
  4. Add the water, garlic, lime juice, lime zest, nutritional yeast, apple cider vinegar, and salt to the blender.
  5. Blend until smooth, about 3 to 5 minutes.
  6. Taste and adjust the seasonings as needed.
  7. Serve immediately or refrigerate for an hour or two to let the flavors combine.
