Ingredients

  3. In a blender, combine the cashews, water, lemon juice, vinegar, salt, and mustard.
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more water if needed for a thinner consistency.
  5. Taste and adjust the flavor with more lemon juice or salt if desired.
  6. Serve immediately or chill for later use.
