Instructions
- Soak cashews in very hot water for 1 hour or in cool water for 6 hours or overnight, then drain.
- Blend the drained cashews with water until creamy and smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in the contents of the probiotic capsules.
- Cover the bowl with cheesecloth or a thin towel and secure it, letting it rest at room temperature for 24 to 48 hours.
- After culturing, add salt, lemon juice, and apple cider vinegar, stirring to combine.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Use immediately or chill for at least 6 hours before serving.
