Instructions
- Soak the cashews in cold water for 2 to 4 hours.
- Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add more water if necessary for blending.
- Serve with pasta, orzo, tortilla chips, or fresh veggies.
