Ingredients

  • ¾ cup raw cashews
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 large garlic clove
  • ½ cup water
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons avocado
  • ½ teaspoon fine sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Soak the cashews in boiling water for 1 hour or in room temperature water for 8 hours.
  2. Drain and rinse the soaked cashews.
  3. Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth, adding more water if necessary.
