Instructions
- Soak the raw cashews in water for at least 3 hours or overnight in the refrigerator, or use boiling water for a quick soak of 15 minutes.
- Drain the soaked cashews and place them in a blender with lemon juice and 1 cup of water.
- Add any optional ingredients as desired for savory or sweet variations.
- Blend the mixture until very smooth.
