Instructions
- Soak cashews in boiling water for 30 minutes.
- Drain the cashews and discard the soaking liquid.
- In a blender, combine the drained cashews and ½ cup of water.
- Blend until smooth, adding more water as needed for a creamy consistency.
- For a savory sauce, add an additional ½ cup water and season with salt.
- For a sweet coffee creamer, add an additional 1 cup water and vanilla extract to taste.
