Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 220C/425F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Combine the almond milk and apple cider vinegar in a small bowl and let it sit for 5 minutes to curdle.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
- Add the chopped vegan butter to the dry ingredients and mix until crumbly.
- Stir in the curdled milk mixture until just combined.
- Transfer the dough to a floured surface and roll it out to an inch thick.
- Cut out biscuits using a cutter and place them on the baking tray.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown, then cool on a rack.
