Ingredients

  • 2 cups blanched almond flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ cup melted coconut oil
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla, and vinegar, and mix until uniform.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Scoop the dough onto the prepared pan, flattening each cookie with your hands.
  6. Bake for 12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  7. Let cool on the pan for at least 15 minutes before serving.
