Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla, and vinegar, and mix until uniform.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Scoop the dough onto the prepared pan, flattening each cookie with your hands.
- Bake for 12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let cool on the pan for at least 15 minutes before serving.
