Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the almond flour, oat flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Make a well in the center and add the almond butter, maple syrup, and apple sauce.
- Mix everything until well combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and pecans if using.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet.
- Bake for 17-19 minutes until golden.
