Almond Flour Cookies

The cookie dough

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix almond flour, baking soda, maple syrup, and nut butter until combined.
- Add sea salt and any desired mix-ins, then chill the batter for 30 minutes if preferred.
- Scoop the dough into balls and roll in sugar if desired.
- Flatten the dough balls slightly and place them on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 9-12 minutes until edges are golden.
- Allow to cool completely before serving.
