Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a baking sheet.
- Melt the butter and let it cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, salt, and baking soda.
- Add the vanilla, egg, brown sugar, white sugar, and melted butter to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Scoop the dough into balls and place them on the baking sheet, flattening them slightly.
- Bake for about 12 minutes or until golden around the edges.
- Allow to cool before enjoying.
