Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F.
- 2. In a large bowl, mix almond butter and coconut sugar until well combined.
- 3. Add baking soda, salt, egg, and vanilla extract to the mixture and mix well.
- 4. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- 5. Scoop out 12 balls of cookie dough and place them on a lined baking sheet, ensuring they are two inches apart.
- 6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden.
- 7. Allow the cookies to cool completely on the baking sheet.
