Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or a silpat mat.
- 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine coconut sugar, cacao powder, and baking soda, mixing well to remove lumps.
- 3. Add almond butter, eggs, and vanilla extract, stirring until the mixture is thick and well combined.
- 4. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- 5. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them out to allow for spreading.
- 6. Bake for 10 minutes or until the cookies are fragrant and set.
- 7. Allow to cool before enjoying.
