Flourless Almond Butter Cookies

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- 2. In a large bowl, mix together the almond butter and coconut sugar.
- 3. Add the egg and mix until combined.
- 4. Stir in the vanilla, baking soda, and salt.
- 5. Add the chocolate chips and chopped almonds, mixing until fully combined.
- 6. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- 7. Scoop the dough into 2 tablespoon balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet, pressing down slightly.
- 8. Sprinkle with sea salt.
- 9. Bake for 12-14 minutes until they look soft but will set as they cool.
- 10. Allow to cool completely before enjoying.
