Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- In a bowl, mix together almond butter, chocolate chips, brown sugar, eggs, and salt until a dough forms.
- Drop 1½ tablespoons of dough onto parchment-lined baking sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Bake the cookies for about 10-13 minutes until puffed and the edges are just starting to brown.
- Transfer the cookies to a wire rack to cool.
- Store cookies in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
