Almond Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies

chocolate chips plus more for tops of cookies
Instructions
- Beat softened butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add remaining ingredients, except chocolate chips, and beat until well incorporated.
- Fold chocolate chips into the dough.
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and portion out dough balls using a cookie scoop.
- Place dough balls on the cookie sheet and chill for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 325º F.
- Bake chilled dough for 13-15 minutes until edges are golden brown.
- Let cookies rest on the sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
