Instructions
- Combine almond flour, salt, and baking soda in a large bowl.
- In a medium bowl, mix grapeseed oil, agave, and vanilla extract.
- Stir the wet ingredients into the almond flour mixture until well combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips and sliced almonds.
- Spoon heaping tablespoons of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and flatten slightly.
- Bake at 350°F for 7 to 10 minutes until lightly golden.
- Cool cookies on the baking sheet for 20 minutes before serving.
