Classic Chocolate Chip Cookies

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a medium bowl, mix the almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the coconut oil, vanilla, maple syrup, and egg, and mix well.
- Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture and stir until a uniform batter forms, then fold in the chocolate chips.
- Drop tablespoon-sized portions of the batter onto a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes, or until golden around the edges, turning the pan halfway through.
- Let the cookies cool on the pan for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
