Instructions
- Combine almond flour and cacao powder in a large bowl.
- Stir in salt and baking soda.
- In a medium bowl, cream together the shortening and honey.
- Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
- Fold in all chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough onto parchment-lined baking sheets, about 1 tablespoon each.
- Flatten the dough with your hand.
- Bake at 350°F for 7-10 minutes.
- Cool and serve.
