Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or a Silpat.
- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until a smooth and sticky batter forms.
- Drop the batter by tablespoons onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Optionally, sprinkle additional chocolate chips on top of each cookie for decoration.
- Bake for 8-9 minutes, or until the cookies are firm.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the pan for 10 minutes before transferring them to cool completely.
