Ingredients

Wet Ingredients

  • ½ cup drippy all-natural almond butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Dry Ingredients

  • cup coconut sugar
  • 3 tablespoons coconut flour
  • ½ cup finely ground blanched almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips
  • to taste sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF and prepare a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until well combined.
  3. Use a 1-tablespoon cookie scoop to form dough into balls and flatten them slightly.
  4. Place the cookies on the baking sheet and add extra chocolate chips on top if desired.
  5. Bake for 11-13 minutes until the cookies are firm.
  6. Transfer cookies to a cooling rack and sprinkle with sea salt.
