Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and prepare a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Use a 1-tablespoon cookie scoop to form dough into balls and flatten them slightly.
- Place the cookies on the baking sheet and add extra chocolate chips on top if desired.
- Bake for 11-13 minutes until the cookies are firm.
- Transfer cookies to a cooling rack and sprinkle with sea salt.
