Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Cream together the butter, almond butter, egg, sugar, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix until fully combined, then fold in the chocolate chips.
- Drop 1-inch cookie dough balls onto a lined baking sheet and flatten slightly.
