Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and grease a baking dish.
- Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and seasoning blend.
- In a pan, cook the bacon until crispy, then set aside.
- Use the bacon fat and vegetable oil to brown the chicken on both sides.
- Transfer the browned chicken to the baking dish.
- Mix cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and ranch seasoning in a bowl.
- Add shredded cheese to the mixture and adjust seasonings.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the chicken, then top with bacon and remaining cheese.
- Pour chicken broth into the baking dish and bake for about 15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
