Coconut Lime Grilled Chicken and Rice

Coconut Lime Sauce

Instructions
- Blend all sauce ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
- Marinate the chicken in half of the sauce for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and cook the chicken for about 4 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve the grilled chicken with rice and drizzle with the remaining sauce.
